On June 3, 2020, The Providence Service Corporation (the “Company”) posted an updated investor presentation to the Investor Relations section of its website www.prscholdings.com. A copy of the investor presentation is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Providence Service Corporation Declares Cash Dividend on Convertible Preferred Stock

 

ATLANTA, GA – June 3, 2020 - The Providence Service Corporation (Nasdaq: PRSC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its 5.5%/8.5% Series A convertible preferred stock. The dividend is payable on July 1, 2020 to holders of record as of 5:00 p.m. ET on June 15, 2020. The dividend will be paid at a rate of 5.5% per annum, which is equal to approximately $1.37123 per share of convertible preferred stock.
