On June 4, 2019, The Providence Service Corporation issued a press release announcing the record date and payment date for a cash dividend payable to holders of its shares of 5.5%/8.5% Series A convertible preferred stock. Providence Service Corporation Declares Cash Dividend on Convertible Preferred Stock
ATLANTA, GA - June 4, 2019 - The Providence Service Corporation (Nasdaq: PRSC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its 5.5%/8.5% Series A convertible preferred stock. The dividend is payable on July 1, 2019 to holders of record as of 5:00 p.m. ET on June 14, 2019. The dividend will be paid at a rate of 5.5% per annum, which is equal to approximately $1.37123 per share of convertible preferred stock.
The Providence Service Corporation, through its fully-owned subsidiary LogistiCare Solutions, LLC, is the nation's largest manager of non-emergency medical transportation programs for state governments and managed care organizations.
